Privacy policy
IceBreaker Performance ("we", "us") is a remote pitching coaching business run by Ryan Isler. This page explains what information we collect through this website and our coaching services, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Application details. When you apply for coaching we collect what you enter in the form: name, email, phone number, playing level, graduating class, velocity, training time, investment range, goals, and how you heard about us.
- Booking details. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose.
- Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site usage. We use the Meta Pixel and a small first-party script that records which pages you view, whether you play a video, and whether you open the application form, along with the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters). This helps us understand which of our content and ads are useful.
- Coaching data. Athletes in the program share training videos, notes and progress through the IceBreaker Performance app so we can coach them.
How we use it
- To review your application, contact you about it, and run your coaching program.
- To measure which pages, videos and ads lead to applications, and to improve our content.
- To send you emails or messages about your application or program. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers we use
Google (Sheets, Workspace and Google Cloud), Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (website hosting), Meta (Instagram, Facebook and the Meta Pixel), Calendly, Stripe, ManyChat, Apify, Anthropic and OpenAI/Google AI (to help us draft content and analyse our own posts — never your personal data). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Google account connection
Our internal business dashboard can connect to a Google account to create Google Slides presentations and to read that account's own YouTube analytics. This is used only for the account owner's own content. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: Google data is used only to provide those features, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep application and coaching records while they're useful for coaching you or reviewing our business, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing coachice21@gmail.com.
Children
Our coaching is for high school, college and professional pitchers. Parents or guardians fill in the application for athletes under 18, and we communicate with them about the program.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update this page and the date at the top.
